Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES | It is our hope that you will LOVE any fine jewelry item that you purchase from us. If that is not the case, we will work with our customer within 15 days of purchase with return for store credit ONLY. Items must be in brand new condition with no signs of wear, including packaging.

REFUNDS | Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of being received at our store in Sauk Centre, MN. You will be given store credit equal to the amount of the item at the time of purchase, minus the cost of initial shipping. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days. Receipt will be emailed to the customer's email account that was created at checkout. 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS | If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
